Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities is your local dealer of Kolbe Windows & Doors. Our showroom features displays of Kolbe’s wood and aluminum clad windows & doors. We’re proud to provide American-made, artisan-quality Kolbe windows and doors to the Twin Cities area.
Our staff has over 100 years of combined experience with windows & doors, making them uniquely qualified to answer your questions. Our staff members will provide quick turn-around on quotes. Additionally, we have Kolbe Certified Technicians to provide full service capabilities on new and previously-installed Kolbe windows & doors. They will ensure that your windows & doors function smoothly and withstand the test of time.

Lance Premeau
General Manager
Lance has been in the fenestration industry for over 27 years. Prior to becoming the general manager at Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities, he worked in several management roles for Kolbe Windows & Doors, including market intelligence manager, market and product manager, market analyst, and manufacturing plant manager. Lance’s dedication, knowledge, attention to detail, and years of experience allow him to offer great insight and forethought to any type of project. In his spare time, Lance enjoys camping, fishing and hunting.
Rick Walter
Service Technician
Rick has been servicing windows and doors for over 20 years. He has an extensive knowledge of how windows and doors function and is usually able to achieve solutions that bring satisfaction to all. Rick brought that knowledge to KGTC in 2012. Rick is always up for a challenge and enjoys making customers happy. He has been an integral part of the Gallery’s growth and success. Rick is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time.
Jeffery Hester
Inside sales
Jeff’s relationship with Kolbe products dates back to 1998 when he sold window and door packages through a very successful Kolbe distributor in the Twin Cities. Jeff’s background in engineering, sales, and construction makes him the ideal person to work with the customer to achieve the look they want in their home or business. Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities is very fortunate to have Jeff on their team. Jeff is a local musician that also spends time hunting, fishing, walking, and gardening.
Mark Singer
Window & Door Sales Consultant
Mark grew up in the window business. He started working at a window manufacturing plant while attending college. After college, Mark worked as a service tech and was later promoted to window sales. Mark increased his window knowledge by working for other window manufacturers and joined KGTC in 2012. Mark’s passion, knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving in the field allows him to make valuable contributions to any project he works on. Mark is very involved with his children’s sports activities and serves as a coach on both baseball and hockey teams. In Mark’s limited spare time, he is a goalie in a neighborhood hockey league as well.
Matt Kowal
Installation/Service Technician
Matt was hired in the installation department of the Kolbe Gallery in early 2019. He is great with people, and has been in home service for over 20 years. His hardworking mentality and willingness to help the team make him an asset in other areas of the Gallery, like delivery and service when needed. In his free time, Matt enjoys fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Jason Koons
Installation/Service Technician
Jason joined the Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities in 2016 after spending many years working as a remodeling contractor in the Twin Cities area. His background made him a perfect fit for the Service Technician position. With Jason’s breadth of experience, he provides a level of customer satisfaction that sets KGTC apart from other window and door dealers in the area. In Jason’s free time, he likes camping and woodworking
Vance Wein
Inside sales & technical support
Vance has spent his entire career of 37 years in construction and building materials distribution in Northern Minnesota. His attention to detail has served him well in a number of highly specialized project settings. He has been a member of a number of trade and professional organizations. During his time as a member of the Twin Ports chapter of The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), he earned his Construction Document Technologist (CDT) accreditation. Owners, Architects, and Contractors all benefit from his experience, training, and dedication to the finished project. In his free time he can usually be found outdoors, and with his family nearby.
Stephen Fogarty
Sales Consultant
Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the window and door industry and joined the Kolbe Gallery in 2017. He has exceptional experience working with clients, builders and architects in all segments of residential and commercial building throughout the country. This enables him to assist you with the design and function of your project from small to large scale. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and outdoor activities.
Aaron Eiden
Warehouse & Delivery Associate
Aaron is part of the Kolbe Gallery team that makes sure your custom Kolbe windows and doors are received into our warehouse, stored and delivered to you. In his free time, you can find him helping out on the family farm and relaxing by playing video games and hanging out with friends.
